About This is a 2 man timed event. The Header ropes the steer's head. Notice the leather protective gear the steer has on his head. This keeps him from getting rope burns. The Footer has to lasso the 2 hind feet of the steer. He only got one and you can see a orange flag ahead of the steer. The flag was thrown by the judge giving them a 10 second penalty.
