Thank you Cemal. You would be very happy living in Glendora. It was founded in 1887 and still has an old town feel to it.

I grew up in Covina and had a few friends who lived in B.P. I have lived in Ontario since 1991. I still see a few people who come out and sit on their front porch in the evening when the weather cools down and there is a breeze. For the most part though people are either inside their house or out in their back patio.

I love these old style houses. For me, the front porches are what I like about the style. I was raised not far from you in Baldwin Park and have seen many of these homes. I guess with the comfort of air conditioning, the days of sitting on the porch to keep cool is a thing of a bygone era. Darryl
