About	A picture of my Aunt Jeanne, my dad's sister, taken in September 1942. She was 16 years old. The picture was taken at the same time that she received the letter that I just posted.

Thank you Salvador. My Aunt Jeanne was a wonderful woman who dedicated her life to taking care of others. She went to nursing school and became a nurse. After she got married, she and her husband managed and then owned several retirement homes for the elderly. She and her husband never had any children so taking care of the elderly was their life.
