Innovative framing. The lady in the background differentiates this shot from usual wedding photographs. Had you not let us onto the story of the bride's friend, one could have imagined the background lady to be almost jealous of the bride.

One more suggestion... perhaps the photograph would have become more powerful if we could have had a closer view of the bride's right eye. Just a suggestion though.
