yep thats about the extent of my food photography too records for my eldes.. ex maitre de kind of chap..loves fine food. Yeah I have heard they even use engine oil and stuff like that on the food to sex it up... yoiks...

I've never really attempted food photography except for a few record shots in cafes/restaurants. I hear there are a lot of tricks used by food photographers, spaying stuff on the food, etc.
