Thanks Sunset Man for the encouragement! I wondered if the top cropping and the wounded petal would hurt it too much, but that's the way the flowers around the lake there really look, the insects have to eat too. So it's nature in it's true state. Even though it wasn't a perfect flower, I still thought it was beautiful. Natalie

So the Old Diehard K1000 Film Camera was replaced with a Digital one ... Didn't know that. Pretty nice for a floral, but I'm not sure abouth composition especially being a bit tight on the northern border ... Yes/No? You are lucky though with good background colors sveral times now I notice!
