About Inspired by photographer, William Lesch, I took a photo, scanned it in with juiced up contrast and then went to town in Photoshop using the airbrush in overlay mode, hue and saturation changes and burning. Wanted to make this look colorful and surreal. The title was suggested by my daughter who though it looked like something you'd find while scuba diving.
