Nice to read your comment. I must admit many recent photos you posted i had to look twice to make sure that the people were from Turkey and not tourists.
In general the european public is basing an image of turkey on the immigrants, that were selected for, lets say , manual labour, and thus having a high amount of 'islamic dress code'.
The image you post is a good counter attack to get a more balanced impression of life in turkey.
Regarding the color-photo: i do prefer the b/w version but its nice to see the cube colors.

This is one of my prime purpose my friend.
In the most parts of Europe, Turkish imigrants looks a like as you told us.
it's hard to accept and get used to, I know.
But all we see one side of our people and all EU countries "Especially France and Germany" are supporting this situation in Turkey. And we all know why :-)
Islamic cod dressing people includes %15-20 in whole our population. This ratio falls down %10 in big cities.
Imigrants were selected and chose by looking their teeth, body health and physical powers 50 years ago by Germany and then other European countries,unfortunately. They are neglected intelligence and wise. Because they don' need these characteristics.
