I agree with Riny something could be better. If it is a too high ISO selected maybe also true. I guess that it is a crop of an already low resolution capture and you cannot get closer by cropping it even further. And for the composition still more cropping is needed. I suggest next time using a higher focal distance with your tele or a camera with some more millions of pixels.
