About I believe this is a tiger moth .. it landed on my sunroom window and didn't seem to mind my camera getting in close to capture it :)

Many thanks Ray ... I admit to liking butterflies more than moths but can appreciate them ~ except when they dive-bomb my hair.. as for having my camera ready .. that's true but housework?? what's that ;) Best to you, Susie

Excellent underside details of this insect my dear Susie. Isn't interesting how most of us go 'aah' over butterflies but 'urr' when it comes to moths . A wonderful capture of this nocturnal insect with lovely natural tones and a great dof.
I have this vision of you with your camera permanently hanging around your neck whilst you do housework or go out shopping sweetie . Well done. A big HUUUUUUUUUUG and my very best wishes to you as always......Ray
