A lovely candid shot Tatan!She has a great face expression and it works well in B&W!Tones and contrast are very good...I only don't about the bars.

Yes this is a unusual composition for me...because if I shoot this photo, I use another side "in my opinion-right hand side"...by this way I could see whole main object as usual...But you had to used other side...this is adding some special feelings and nice movement to the capture...she is behind the bar, she looks like a prisoner to her work and hands...if the bars were not there the frame was very average...I hope, I could tell...you know my english is so bad...sorry dear :-(
