About	I caught this limit of 5 brookies on a fly. My old Fenwick rod and a red carry special fly worked on these brookies all over 12 inches long.

These nice brookies came out of Blue Lake in the Limebelt.Its gets some pressure but mostly local folks fish it. Its a small lake and open year round. They have also planted cutthroat in the lake and they are small but will grow fast in there. The lake is down again this year so boat access is tough but casting a lure from shore still works. If you ever in Okanogan look me up and we can see how fishing is up there.

Where'd you get these guys Ernie - I lived in WA for a few years and toiled a lot of lakes in the central part of the state and never came across too many brookies. They are fun tho' aren't they, if not perhaps a bit too "eager" (sounds better than dumb!).
