And making good images, that is! The perspective and the whole composition balance is absolutely perfect for me. Just the right parts in order to assemble the image that preserves the "reality" but also makes a compliment to it. The two layers, clouds and water surface, really "press" my eyes into the main direction of the perspective in such a way that the depth becomes tangible. The details at the other side welcome my eye after I mentally "walked" into the depth.
The rather dark huws and the grain-like appearance add some touch of aged look and feel, which I think contributes very well to the certain silence of the image. The single flying bird supports that too. I am really impressed, by the way, of the very good definition of fine details despite the presence of that "grain".
