it is f4 for sure,
I think those Snap shoot cameras have very wide DOF for particular F stop,I will post one other shot of the same market even with wider F stop and less shutter speed,and yet so very fine DOF,

Very good and interesting composition. Was it really taken on f4? If so I would have thought much would have been out of focus. I thought that f11 would be something close to the correct aperture for such a result. Please correct me if I am wrong. Salaam John
