Aah, a good one. I love portraits. Don't you think that there's some parts of the face that's a bit overexposed? Using b&w is a good choice.

Good use of the natural light and the frame, you've done well not to blow out the side of her face. I've eaten sausages and mashed potatoes with baked beans in Nepal, while listening to loud reggae, that was 25 years ago. The Nepalese are quick to pick up what the tourists like, don't you think?
