Hi Bubai. I agree fully with Nick's comments and wish to add a bit more comment here.
Since the man is facing to the right, you should have given him more space on the right. Placing him smack in the middle doesn't help at all.

That was a very good timing for this portrait, Bubai! A special expression between being peacefully glad and silently satisfied, and it was captured quite well. The important plasticity of the face, or its reloef if you wish, is rpesent and well visible, and so the man's mood is also visible.
His left half of the face could be a bit lighter, so I guess that a bit more exposure could do good, but only of the strong reflections on the right cheek could be avoided. The clarity of details has suffered, unfortunately. For example the skin surface on the top of the nose looks as if some pixelation patters would start forming there. Many contours are pixelated too. Was that the original?
Good timing but the mentioned artefacts lower the otherwise present quality of the image.
