A lovely little girl almost overcome with shyness but manages to keep a beautiful little smile for the camera. I am thinking that her colourful bangles are amonst her most prised possessions. Congratulations Ania for your achievement. :)
Even I am going for a trek this month end...and after almost 2 years. So I am very very excited. I am going to gaumukh- tapovan - nandanvan - vasuki tal where I would be going upto 17k feet. I hope the route is still good. I have to cross gangotri glacier but we have done enuf damage to it to make go back almost many miles in these few years.

Hi Anindya! I went to trekking in the Everest region in Nepal. If you know this area the itinerary was: :Lukla-Namche Bazaar-Khumjung-Tengboche-Pangboche-Dingboche-Namche Bazaar-Lukla. It took 8 days and I've achieved the altitude of 4410 meters - my record! Himalayas were stunning! I dream to go there one more time, maybe for trekking to one of the trekking peaks...Maybe one day it would be possible...Best regards!

During my stay in Nepal I had 8 days if trekking in the Everest region - I've achieved altitude of 4410 meters! It's my record! I had a great time indeed, but it sometimes was really exhausting because of the altitude and particularly of the lack of possibility to take shower;) But I hope to repeat it someday:) have a nice day Nicki!

Where did you go for trekking and how much you liked Himalayas? excellent portrait...love her mischievous look. The skind tone is perfect too and offcourse the shallow dof thanks to your 50mm 1.4 made this really pleasing to eyes.
