The border makes a big difference. Never thought about using one. The ehancement and the B/W both look great. Can I ask what you used to give it the painted effect.

This is quite a nice scene indeed and I respect that someone else out there is still using 'Film' on this Site, (Pun Intended)! :))
Per the attached (if you don't mind) I think I have greatly enhanced it for you almost rendering a 'Painting' with much more vibrancy, suitable crop, and just a simple 'Presentation Border'.
