Mitra,
Very nice perspective. I like the yellow and soft vignetting effects. It makes your picture stand aside from the normal day to day ones we see of this subject so often. Great job.

There's nothing symbolic here about chosing a yellow as a tone Paul.... there is no Democrats or Republicans without the United States of America and that is what we stand for here. I just like the color yellow and thought it looks great on this image.

A hard-core Democrat is a person who would vote for a "yellow dog" before voting for a Republican. It's just all yellow outside but I do not know how it is inside Congress today and what all the other tones are.

Hi Mitra,
The yellow is kind of different and I think that's the kind of thing you need to do to get some interest with an image of a place that has been photographed as much as this one.
The tone grows on you, I like the additional vignette effect at the corners.
