Thanks Swapna. Regarding the crop I replied on KPC. For the blown part I think it not too over...a white dress aginst a largely dark skin and backgound will make camera meter bit faulty I guess. I will see if that can be managed.

Bhalo hoyeche. I would agree with Soumya on the cropping part and also I feel the white dress is a bit blown out.May be my monitor.
