This one I missed when I was away from UF. The cheetah has to be the prettiest of the wild cats and how wonderful to see a whole family of them relaxing in Warsaw. Well done to you again Ania, great photography. All the best to you plus a big HUG.....Ray

That's really sad expectation... But I'm also quite pesimistic about it. Yesterday I was writing the article about Iberian lynx, that's one of the most endangered species and when I was studying all the factors and what people did to these cats and to the whole environment where they live, that really put me into a terrible mood...

Ania,do not expect that anymore,I have done a fast 24 hour trip to north Iraq yesterday,just to see the snow,you and all my friends here talk about the snow,so I told my self I remained alone who do not see it,and I find NO snow in a place more than 3000M above the sea level,a place that was not seen with out snow ever,the locals told me that tit wasnt snowing for the last two years,
Ania,the coming is worse.so as for cheetahs.

your family are the same family of cheetah,they are just smaller,believe me ,apart from the size the difference is negligible,

thank you Ania as many as there is cheetah in the wild and captivity,and I know from my heart that you deserve more cause this is a little,those are so endangered species ,and there are few left,thanks to the humans,let every one see them during their hunting,and how there body moves and how their head stay fixed at the pray,

Thank you! The photo was taken some time ago, when in Warsaw Zoo cheetah cubs were born - this is a rare thing when cheetah cubs are born in zoo, and here we had EIGHT (!!!) cubs at the same time! So as you see, this is not the whole family even ;D
