Yes, this is the variant of the bengal tiger (like here) or siberian one (rarely, but also) with the kinda dirty-white colour instead of ginger and with blue eyes, but still with stripes :)
Sometimes, veeeeeery rare the all white tiger is born, but it's the albino, with pink eyes, like other albino animals.

you mean the white tiger is not all white,this one is only lighter in color,yes his or her legs are white but he or she still retain the colors of the tiger,I have thought the white tiger should be all white,my regards,
