Though the background is so dark I find this one the most successuful one, Jacques! One reason is the good distribution of the water and all the drops that were frozen in the air. One is inclined to see also drops on the lens that always enhace the atmosphere of upcoming rain and storm. This gets also supported by the overall coloring - that kind of blue on a soon rainy windy day.
The perspective that you chose was great for the overall composition - and I am especially glad to see the wider angle. BTW, at which point between 17mm and 85mm was it? Anway, the wet stone was also captured adequately for conveying the atmosphere.
