Giid details and lighting here, Vandi! The mixing of the motion blur of the pidgeons adds a very interesting touch, as the sequence of sharp and soft lines seems to have so many transitions in so little space. This surely brings much tension.

About composition, I think the kids should be more at the left in order to have it less centered. A small turn to the right could help.
