-Rick, The textures in this image are superb, almost accidental (of course, I know better). It has a traquilizing feel to it that's easy on the eyes. The little detais, from the leaves at the 'feet' of the Sptirit Tree to the craggly look on the background walls, are another visual treat. Perhaps that is what Julien is refering to. The flower may do well with a little texturizing in them, but not too much, because their is 'a light' coming through from the 'flower face' that I'd hate to see disturbed. It's etheral and it's what gives the Tree its 'spirit.' - I love this whole series. It's totaly enchanting! -Bianca
A good idea... But only still at the state of the good idea in my opinion because I'm not so satisfied with the execution and how the digital part is blended to the photo...
