Good eyes you got Doug! I think you're right...it most likely is a wasps nest. Coconut- zero chance! :))) I have a better view of this nest that I can post later.

Hi Mitra ... Is that a Wasps' Nest hanging from the branch in the lower left-hand corner or a big coconut? :)) If it is the former then I can understand why you titled this image as such: "Calm" because I don't see any of those frightful 'Stinging Insects' flying around not even one!
