I guess that Vandi's observation offers a good point for improvement, Ian.
Thanks a lot for the nice comment!

It would be interesting to see if it can be improved, it's terrific how it is.

Great! Thank you so much for such a careful view, Vandi! I dodn't even notice that! Which shows that care is needed in subjects of photography!
So, the strong light of the sky was enough to burn over the shadows, something that we see often on images. I guess that your observation will be the reason for a retry of this one!
Thanks a lot!!

Thanks a lot for the nice comment, Vandy!
I guess, with "high contrast" you mean the almost black branches wihtout much details in them against the strong light of the sky? If so, then this exactly is the sense of such an image. Instead of using the overkill of PS for generating a rather "schematic" view, I use my camera and lens. In the hope to get just the main essence of it. And this didn't exactly work but it came close.
But perhaps you meant something else?
Cheers!

The extraordinary mathematical thing about that is its recognizable self-reference, Fabio. And thus also: It's own failure to be perfect and at the same time free of contradictions.
The extraordinary photographical thing *would* be to perfectly capture its mathematical essence in some purely "schematic" way. I didn't have that complete success but it came somewhat close.
Thanks a lot!

Thanks a lot Gustavo!
I'd be glad if I had chosen a somewhat more "integrated" framing and avoided the seemingly "independent" points on the boundaries of the image. But still I am happy with this one, and also happy if you find it good.
Cheers!

Very pleasant and beautiful texture. Though, some quality lost because of high contrast.
Best regards, Vandi

Fantástica, simple, minimalista, pero de gran belleza y elegancia. Fractales, y pura matemática en la naturaleza.
Un trabajo excelente que me gusta mucho.
Un abrazo!
