Donal, if you are meaning to increase the contrast and saturation, this may be closer to your vision. I may be pushing a bit too far but certainly your critique is helpful in reviewing my choices for this image. Thanks!

the differentiate of colour between the front, middle of the scene, and at the back...IMHO, well in photoshop it is done by doing slightly a little bit to the left with leveling...so we can ad more contras which is can pump up the tone.

Thanks, donal! I enjoy critique, but you will have to be more specific than to say that I do better with the tone. I have no idea what you are meaning!
