It is more properly known as the Dragan Effect (go to ATN Central http://www.atncentral.com/download.htm and search for Dragan). There is a free photoshop action for this.
I used one of the variants with Kubota Actions Volume IV, called 'Enter The Dragon'

Paul, I agree that "draganize" the nice smooth young face is not a way to go but the hair part worked really impressive. There is always a way to smart blend the best things into one stun picture with the classic PS layers and painting on the layer mask. Cheers, NJ

I like this Paul. I am not a fan of Dragan effect but this is subtle and didn't make the picture look 'weird'. Just love that hair :)

The lighting and tones are what strike me the most. Not familiar with the Dragon process, but the actual photo is high impact. Well done and captured. Be well, Stan

Right. The more the more texture, the more pronounced it becomes.

That's pretty neat. I have noticed so far that the "Dragon" effect seems to have more of an impact with Older people that have deep wrinkles, and weathered skin. This whole "Dragonizing" is making me crazy because I love the effect, but just can't perfect any single method! GRRR. Well you did an awesome job on Rachel, but then again anything you did to Rachel would be perfect! LOL...Thanks again Paul! -Darren-
