About Temple of the Sun
Built more than 3000 BC
pyramids at Teotuhuacan
Slide 2001

"The Chinese speak of the earth shifting eons ago, and is the reason for the world flood. So it hints that Teotuhuacan was built MUCH earlier than 3000 BC. It may have been built BEFORE the flood, before the earth rotated and caused an cataclysm. (yes, another theory) "

Thanks Harry, I have read and seen in National Geographic but that was years ago. Thanks for the link. I am going in to Bozeman for some music tonight and will get a shot of the library for you. Today is the Sweet Pea festival and they have some great music and fun.
See you later,be well, Stan

Stan,
The Pyramid of the Sun is about 225 m. on each side and 63 m. high. It is built over a cave, which was used for ritual purposes; that may be the reason the site was chosen. It has exactly 365 steps, and in spring equinox people climb to the top dressed in white to receive good energy. The Pyramid of the Moon is the smaller of the two.

Great shot of this. How big is the foot print of the pyramid. Looks like a very large area. The shades and detail are nice on this. Be well, Stan
