About This Rocky Hill (Salisbury) meetinghouse is from about 1785 and is in what is now Amesbury MA. George Washington visited the area in 1790. Much of New England had more money than they could spend in this period. Some of this spender (by standards of the day) was preserved because they became too poor to destroy these buildings. I like the composition. Technically, a panorama has a 2:1 or higher ratio. Nicely composed though.
