I am happy for reviews that are different from the usual one or two lines of text, Gustavo. Comments that say something useful are the best thing to me. Unfortunatly most of the time we see only repetitions of the same one and two lines. Just read the comments about this image (including yours) and see for yourself - did anybody *said* something about the image in the sense of photography? No! I only see "comments" telling me that it is "nice". Thanks a lot, now I am happy!
Same goes for the rating. It is used as a substitute for a thoughful comment in the consequent denial to really deal with matters of photography in some reasonable way. Assume that this or some other of my images gets a 7 but no real comments. Thanks a lot, but what should I do with that? Be happy, or what?
Not to speak about the typical rating inflation here that brought this forum to the miserable state of rating each and every image with a 7. You can do whatever you want, and you get a 7. That's a useless award! So it has its good sides too if some image gets a lower rating.
One thing we *must* understand at last! The range of ratings starts with 1 for "average" and ends with 7 for "excellent". That means, that a rating of 4-5 is *already* good! If we rate an image that is only good image with 6-7 then we *lower* the measure of quality in the forum, since we say that the good image is already excellent.
I don't see many real entusiasts here. I see many natural born "artists" getting the satisfaction and aknowledgment of glory that they need, perhaps because they won't get it anywhere else where photography is taken a bit more seriously. Thanks heavens there is still a small number of people here with which I can exchange some reasonable words.

Me gusta mucho la foto. Ahora, por un lado veo los comentarios todos elogiosos incluso alguien dice 7/7, sin embargo la calificación de 4,67 es muy baja y no se condice con los comentarios.
Me parece que algunos comentan de una manera pero califican de otra, eso no es justo mi querido amigo.
La foto es muy buena, se merece una mejor nota y comentarios honestos.
