:-), y, como siempre trato de hacer cosas diferentes, a veces seguramente muy "a pesar" de buenos retratos o buena fotos...:-) pero bueno, es el precio de la experimentación...
Pero vos me entendes: a los dos no nos basta con hacer buena fotos...;-)

Tendré en cuenta tus consejos. No toda la gente a mi alrededor, ja...ja..., pero sí algunos!.
Estoy preparando una muestra de mis trabajos aquí en Viedma y eso me tiene algo ocupado (además de mis responsabilidades habituales), pero pronto retornaré a los trabajos conceptuales, por esta semana aprovecharé algunas fotos más simples.

They don't look as "organic" in this case, Gustavo, but rather hard and "crystalline", perhaps because they generate a facette-like structure very common to mechanical parts. But it's good to have that, indeed. It adds tension and authenticity.
Now, perhaps also some biomechanization of all the other people around you? ;-)

Gracias Nick, tu comentario es muy interesante!. Usé aquí elementos orgánicos: texturas y formas vegetales, pero la idea de mezclar un retrato o un cuerpo con elementos electrónicos o mecánicos me parece muy buena, intentaré algo a ver que sale.
En fin, por otro lado son intentos por hacer algo diferente de bonitas fotos familiares....:-)

The quintessence of the twisted, almost insane kind of strange beauty by Giger strikes my eyes again. Gustavo, you crystalized the organic glance of a face toward the hard facetted metal of a mechanical being that smiles mysteriously! A synthetic being that asks me if I am upset by the stange sight under a perfect balance of light, and under a mixture of dangerous surrealism that seems to have no real start or end over the whole image.

Tu observación es muy acertada Alicia, te cuento, la foto original ya era medio lavada y sin detalles, realmente estuve largo rato variando brillos y contrastes de las distintas capas y este en el mejor balance que creí (y pude) encontrar, pero aún sigo con dudas!, incluso no se si era el mejor retrato para desarrollar la idea, es el que tenía a mano esa tarde....:-), pero bueno, la idea vale y es lo que en principio quería probar, ya me voy a tomar tiempo para profundizarla.

Un trabajo sin dudas enorme sobre una estupenda foto.
Personalmente hubiera suavizado los dibujos, me parece que "tapan" demasiado el rostro. Es mi parecer, que no sé nada! ja ja ja!

Always experimenting this is so good dear Gust@vo ...to do what no one else has done ....also I feel that 'above the skin' can mean so many things that are interesting and can look however you want to view them ... I view Julia to have mixed amounts of energies above her skin but her eyes/soul shine thru and shows her beauty and strength ....
This is just my thoughts of course !!!

Ok, estoy de acuerdo con que el título no es el más acertado, vos, como la llamarías? (me juego a aceptar tu sugerencia de antemano!)...:-)
Me alegra realmente que te guste!, y sí Julia, me va a dar muchos dolores de cabeza, pero aún es muy nena, sale mucho mayor de lo que verdaderamente es en los retratos.

Muy buen trabajo amigo...quizas no esta muy debajo de la piel las tramas y los relieves, algo mas sutil hubiera sido lo mas adecuado con el titulo...no se.. es mi opinion. Pero es un trabajo brillante.

Para quienes gusten de fotos menos raras, este en el retrato original, pasado a B&W, de contrastes suaves, con pocos detalles por la falta de luz y un poquito movido,(cuesta mantener firme la cámara), pero bonito según creo...:-)
