About This is dedicated to gear head Keith Growden. Another old neglected classic running out of time, waiting for someone to find a use for it. When I saw this I thought of your appreciation of the old ones. Hope you like, Stan

It must have been that reflection, Stan. But as you say it made more good than anything else for bringing out the good colors of the truck.

Cheers!

Nick, thanks for the comment. I think that the overexposure was direct sun bouncing off the broken window. I shot this mid morning. Did bring out the good colors of the truck, shot on shade side of truck. I appreciate your fine words.
Be well, Stan

But a photography dream in a strong contrast of almost complementary colors, Stan! Perhaps the whole truck wuld be more adequate though taking it partially added tension and so perhaps it complies better to the "nightmare".

The details are very rich and make the machine "tangible". Perhaps asmall bit of overexposure in front of the windshield, which I guess on the other hand brought the additional details on the darker areas.

Good one!

Nick

Thanks Julie, hard to follow up those big ones in red. This little jewel caught my I and I thought I would catch it before the crusher did.
Be well and have a good day. Stan

Keith, there were some old chevys holed up here as well. This one was close enough to the fence that I could get some good shots. The colors caught my eye from the road several weeks ago and I stopped and caught it in the morning sun yesterday. Be well and have a good weekend, what is left of it, Stan

I certainly do Stan. I bet it could tell some whoppers lol. Love to have a drive if it ever went. Apart from some cracks, the tyres look ok haha. We could pick Marty's Bullit up and put it on the back. Couple of thick planks for it to sit on out the back. Excellent colours and detail. Love it. Thankyou. Favourites for sure. 10/10 Keith:) :)
