About The ranches and farms are being sold at an alarming rate. It is more profitable to take it out of production and subdivide it than to maintain it in production. This area is some of the most fertile ground in the world. Unfortunately the tax structure and inheritance tax is wiping out the small operators. This is a grain storage building that is going down hard.

The great American way. Capitalize on someone else's misfortune. There is always a way to turn a buck.
At 62 I am starting to resemble this building as well. Maturity is highly over rated. Be well, Stan

Looks like me Stan. Getting old and struggling to stand up lol. Pretty sad when people are getting ripped off with all these tax's. Obviously developers want it. Great shot. Cheers Keith

This building saw already better times. Doing of human a symbols for deodorants transitoriness. Sincerely Gerhard

Bill, have driven by these for 30 years and the leaning is becoming more pronounced. Wanted to capture before they get torn down. They are a landmark to me when I drive by the Elk Creek ranch.
Be well, Stan

Too bad about the land, Stan, we have similar situations here. You got a good shot of the shed and the irony of the sign, though!
Dave.
