I'm with you Txules, an atheist with a strong sense and appreciation of the power of mythology and it's symbols. I find it fascinating that there is only evidence of an emptiness that we have to come to terms with ourselves, existentially, than a preordained reality that we have to come to believe/have faith in (the nature of which depends on which part of the world you just happen to be born in, of course). So to me your religious images are both real and mythological and that makes them powerful. (Give me a bottle of good Rioja and I can go on like this for ages..)
Regards, Gary

One day we will find out. And if there is nothing, nothing to worry about bcse we will not know it.
Otherwise see you at the bar and I'll buy you a heavenly beer.

there is nothing Harry, just an almost empty space, religions try to control the nothingness :)

Jesus,

You are wise, believe what you see and experience.
So do I. I did experience , looking at it from a technical point of view, accepting another dimension, plane.

We are both right, dont worry.

"I've always thought that religions are a cancer (malignant by the way)"
Religion is usually institutionalized belief controlled by leaders wanting to stay in control. Ego stuff and control, power.

Thats something totally different than the real stuff there is or not is.

take care Jesus.

it's a point of view, what it's interesting is the theoretic physics demontsrates or at least suggests several dimensions, several parallel universes, but all are physical, material; accepting that i just believe in one important dimension/plane and it is here, I've always thought that religions are a cancer (malignant by the way)
take care

the oath you took as a docter is one to prevent the suffering, prevent death ? so it is the invisible but sometimes apparant enemy ?
still we have the 3d world, our physical plane Jesus but i experienced another plane, i was able to feel emotions from a g/f 200 km further on,
i heard " thank you" when Annemarie fell asleep after i comforted her after her loss of her mom who just died.

i cannot say there is an afterlife, but there is an other plane, connecting all of us, alos you and me and carl and annemarie and likely her mum.

greyscale, strong lighting against darkness... grainy texture, tiltness and the cross that is not into the bright area... the result is dramatic... VERY dramatic I can say but THAT excactly is the great element of that work, so simple composition BUT that is enouph to bring thousands of different thoughs to the watchers, excellent work my friend.
be well!
