Thx Anson. I've played with the "transparency" trick you mention. The light here was very bright sunlight that was only hitting a small area of the room. Camera was hand held and I metered of the sunlight which gave me a very fast exposure.

Nice composition, Michael, with the light shapes and the dark lines working well together.The presence of the valve adds a little mystery to the composition. You could have tried using a little bit of a "transparent" hand by using a very long exposure and putting the camera on a tripod. Say 1 second with the hand in place and 1 second with it removed, giving the. Keep the images coming, and welcome to UF. Anson
