I never knew that you were known as "Unique Rose" here, nor that lately you've been busying yourself with taking exotic pictures of 'China Girls'! 
Anyway, forgetting about Unique Roses and China Girls for the moment, I find this a very interesting shot...is it 'confusion' on the boy's face or may be his expression makes be confused! Or may be I am born-confused myself. You have used the light very well so that all the necessary details are properly highlighted.
