About	A frame from a video taken with a SAC-IV QuickCam based CCD camera mounted on an ETX-90 Spotting Scope on a German equatorial mount with clock drive at about 8:10 PM on September 12, 2002 in New York, NY. I used Logitech's QuickCam software for Mac OS 9. No payloads on Ariane rockets nor DOS/Windows? software was used in the creation of this image.
