I like the angle that one can feel from the DOF.. that gives the impression that we are closer to the artist as an intimate moment in which he plays. The greyscale is perfect Gianes.
This is a nice street shot.

A very appealling shot. I like the angle of the musician and the guitar, and the DOF is perfect to get a good sharpness on the main subject and a bit of blur on the background. There's also something of an echo of the microphone in the guy's shades.
As you've CC'd this image, may I comment on the handle of the trolley behind the microphone? It might be worth removing this...
