As I looked through the viewfinder from my point of view in the shadows, the sunlight seemed even stronger. And so I tried a bit of soft focus for letting the reflections look a little "fuzzy shining". The result is strange to me and so I'd be glad for any comments/ideas/critiques.
I think the same say, Dave! A bit less exposure would still retain the shines of reflections here and there, but would also avoid the exaggerations like for example on the leaves. So I keep on trying. It's indeed hard but also very interesting.
I think a little less exposure would be required on this one, Nick. These high contrast shots are hard to do, to retain detail in shadow and highlight areas. Dave.
