ratul, eta IR convert kora. IR er bisheshotto holo midtones aar shadow aaro dark kore dey aar highlights blown out kore dey. tate ekta adbhut contrasty effect aase.

composition ta good , tobey shadow area ta amar keno jani boddo dark lagche ..eta ki raw te tola ? jodi hoi ta holey tin te exposure r jpeg process kore, hdr kore , tar conversion try kore dekhte paro!! ke jane fanda to marlam , erokom shombhob kina ke jane ;)

Very good composition,nice reflections and tones.Try using +ev compensation to open up the shadows which are very dark
but if there are lot of very bright clouds use -ev compensation to avoid blowing it out.
Did you try a color version too?It would be interesting to see what you can do with Elements.
