Didn't know you "married" this photo, Martin, but each to his own! The State of Florida has a completely preserved 1800s functioning farm less than 15 miles from my farm (which doesn't function very well), and the "model" is a volunteer getting ready for a party in the farmyard! How convenient. Anson

After playing with infrared color and b&w off and on over the past 30 years, I can assure you the only constant in I/R photography is "inconsistency" LOL. It's great fun though, and that's why we do it afterall! Think outside the box! -john

Coming from you, John, that is a true compliment. Unfortunately, with IR, I still find myself experimenting every day, whether I want to or not, since that technique is so very sensitive to light quality. Sometimes I feel that I have placed the wrong filter on the camera, only to discover I have changed the direction of my camera. Thanks for the B/W suggestion. Will take you up on that. Regards. Anson

Very nice false color i/r piece, a great location for this moody landscape shot. Nice job with i/r experimentation series. Love to see more (try boosting contrast and convertion to b&w i/r, it's a nice combo with this historical setting!)-john
