i love this slow shutter effect in water falls ,gives it a dreamy effect . but in this case i feel you could have composed the shot differently ,there seems to be too many distracting element in the frame which does not allow the centre of attraction to capture the attention .maybe a vertical framing could have elemenated the rocks a little .
never the less great shot ! the above views are my personal ideas that could have improved the shot.
