Thanks A lot Tim. Yes after a long time I have been successful in developing some interest in her as far as photography is concerned. Trying to teach her regarding different compositional techniques. I feel my D80 still needs a lot of tweaking to get those Punchier colours.
Nothinh much to say regarding the 18-200 VR, its simply superb. My D50 has the 10-20 mounted and the D80 , the 18-200, that makes a good combination. Will shift to another D80 or the D200 next year.
I have seen you Baniff shots, so waiting for more magic from you D80s. All the best,. Ans make that trip to India, you will love it.

Hey good shot by your wife!....I am sure all the dials and buttons are enough to make her crazy at first. I am glad you are having good success with the new lens. I find that it is becoming one of my favs. I have bought another D80 body so that i don't have to change lens at all now. Now i look like a paparazzi with all the cameras hanging off my neck!.....lol.
On Another note I am moving this month to the Banff area...to my girlfriends ranch close to Banff and the mountains...so not posting much for a while
