Thanks Mervo! I hesitated before posting this photo because of its weaknesses, but I really liked the shape of the water and the gloom.

Hi Mary!

The flatness or lack of real contrasting punch in this image really works in my opinion. I like the out of focus movement in the foreground (right) along with the moody sky.

This is not a particularly beautiful photograph in so much as I wouldn't hang it on my wall however I think you did a real good job in capturing the scene as it was without over-cooking the contrast, saturation as most people (i'm one of the worst!) do.
