Whenever you try to skin tone a model with a photoshop plugin like portraiture. It will go into areas that are not needed such as hair, dress, accesories etc. This is also a side effect when agressive noise reduction is done. Either with the RAW converter on with a plugin such as neat image (among others).

When I apply skin tonning/noise reduction. I do it in a different layer. Then I erase the areas I don't want to applied the effect.

But, this could also have been the effect of having a fan with a slow shutter speed. Which this is not the case f8 1/125

ed thanks for those contructive comments, appreciated. However what did you mean that i "overdid the hair"? Would please explain further.

Good pose, but you overdid the hair. The watch and jewlery must go. It is very distracting. I would also try to recompose and avoid the backckgroup specially her feet/shoes. GOod start. Are you using portraiture ? If so set it as a mask and the erase the areas you don't need the softness.

BTW Good looking model...;)
