Oops, I was mistaken! It is not as much of a focus problem than it is motion blur!

A faster shutter would eliminate it.

A very modern touch on this one, Sandip! Your toning is just fine. But there are problems in focus and in composition. A shorter focal range (for getting the whole man) and hyperfocus are very important here.
