Thank you for your honest comment, Joel. Indeed you are right, the upload to Usefilm made this "error". I often have this problem and I am very grateful to your comment as it might have brouhgt me to an idea for it's reason.
If I only do crop a picture, - which wase thas case with this picture, I do usse Microsoft Office Picture Manager. If I do more than only this, I do it all in Gimp 2.2.

Great composition and superb colours, but there seem to be regular horizontal and vertical corruptions running through the image - Maybe a bad resampling algorithm when resizing? What software did you use to get the photo to the correct size for upload to UseFilm?
