Thanks, Brigitte. The reservations are fairly open, including public roads. Both state highways, county roads and Indian roads as well as 4X4 trails.
They say on some reservations you aren't supposed to take pictures without a permit but I have yet to have any problem. There is really only one place where the Indian cops will arrest you without a permit, a lookout with a beautiful classic view. I've been there but I respected their wishes and took no pictures. But I was later questioned about it.

Very good shot, 3 horses pose here with an amazing sceled angle on there heads...that excactly is the amazing element here, how you get that amazing moment...hope you understand what I mean, the back horse looks at the left, the middle is more to you and the first watching you... that is GREAT!!!

Very nice image!! Beautiful!! Living in a country where there is no animal bigger than a cat, and thats also not much, I get the opportunity to see a horse only when I go out sometimes. Seeing pictures and a few times people riding horses, and the cowboys in movies, I find horses very nice.
